We had friendly mechanics come to our house to see if they could figure out the problem, and NOBODY could figure it out. We put in tons of grounds on the car. We took out the aftermarket alarm system. We got a new battery. We tested the alternator. NOTHING WORKED. It wasn't a problem when it was driving obviously, but as soon as I would come to a stop-light, I would watch the RPM's as they would get dangerously low. As soon as it got cold, later in the season, It was turning off while I was driving!! I loved driving the car, but absolutely could not figure out this problem. Terrible.
