Here's what I did when my Acura Integra (1990) would take a loooong time to start on hot days. You put the key in and turn it to auxiliary (don't actually start it, just the "notch" right before it turns over). Listen for one "click" noise and then that should be followed by a second "click" noise a couple seconds later. Its pretty quite so listen closely. If it doesn't click a second time, then it is a problem with the main (master) relay. I replaced mine for about 60.00 or so, not too bad.
