From second month of buying car, battery drained, Acura towing came and towed car to a nearby dealership and replace battery under warranty. Took car down to dealership that I purchased from about nose in front driver wheel hole and problems with the electrical components of the car. They stated "car is new drive it more" the electrical power stirring, the battery drains quickly(problem with fuse), the brakes system sets off sensors, ABS light on, airbag light on (all though dealership stated they repaired that recall). Powertrain and transmission leaking, check hill start assist system, check vsa system, found recall for powertrain on internet that was from July 2019 that I have not been notified about. Complained about paint fading on hood over engine, complained about shocks and struts that don't need replacement but there is something loose that is making noise, I have updated home address with Acura but even so when I moved in 2017 I did a chang of address. They have replaced alternator, that I don't believe needed changing at that time, service tech at one dealership told me if I serviced my car would burn up but of course offered me to buy a new car. Acura service at several dealerships have never given me pictures or mentioned transmissions leak but Honda gave me all evidence. Metal sound transmission is permeated showing this has been a problem threw several inspections that are all documented with Acura. I have been complaining and documenting since purchaseseems as thought I am being discriminated against and because I have high mileage which shouldn't make a difference they keep just not hearing my voice. In some instances not documenting or recording my calls and complaints.

On 12-28-16 as I was leaving for work. My engine would not start. Pedal to push down and start button was not working. All icons on my car popped up and says malfunction on all level. It also made weird sounds in front and inside the car. I called cerritos Acura for assistance and spoke with service adviser-don, who indicated he has been aware of new car with battery issue. He asked that I replaced my battery first and bring it to them. I called aaa, who verified my battery is bad with pacific tow. They couldn't replace it cuz they ran out of battery. My car couldn't lock so I had it towed to my house with a flat bed. Next day, Acura towed my car to dealership, my car is not able to start period. Windows can't go up, they couldn't check odometer, couldn't lock. All icons shows malfunction. I reported to Acura headquarter with my issue. Acura cerritos is trying to release car back to me stated everything is fine without fixing it. Internet shows class action suit related to defect of handsfreelink bluetooth phone pairing system contains defect, that results in dead car batteries which drained batteries with recurrent battery replacement and premature failure of other electrical components of vehicle/alternator and electrical failure. The car sounds like I have something short circuited and with ECM engine control module. I also have being complaining of gps stuck and fob not working. I need to report issues so you guys can follow up. Acura case complaint [xxx]. car located at cerritos Acura, who is trying to release vehicle to me without fixing it.
