I have recently purchased Porsche Cayenne on 27th March 2018 in West London Porsche, and from the beginning I had issues with the vehicle. Initially, I had problem with mileage as it was only giving 14 to 15 MPG, and when I contacted the sales representative, he advised me that he will book an appointment with service if it continues and it did not improve.
In the mean time, 2 days before, I had a warning symbol in my dash board and contacted my dealer yesterday and someone from dealership called me in few hours stating that as this symbol is to do with engine, therefore I am not allowed to drive at all and Porsche would arrange a recovery of my vehicle and will provide a replacement vehicle. This has put me in shock and stress. Considering a high esteemed brand and a new vehicle which is not even 2 months old has got issues with the engine.
In addition to this, I was not able to travel yesterday to my client site and have to cancel my meeting as Porsche representative has advised not to drive and I asked for replacement vehicle by 9 am but I got the vehicle at 10.50 am (and that too, an old Jaguar XF - I am not happy with replacement vehicle as well) and I have to cancel again my clients meetings at my office. I have not even done 2 k miles and I already have some problem with the engine. This is totally unacceptable and I am not happy at all. This has put me in a lot of stress and inconvenience.
I never expected this from a high valued brand like Porsche.
