Car revs to 3,000 rpm's on cold start. It is August, and not cold outside. The car "chugs" backwards and forward, depending on the direction one is driving it. It will jump three feet, so foot has to remain on brake at all times, while starting out or stopping. It will stall out occasionally upon stopping at a stop sign/red light. Very dangerous in a parking lot situation. It is impossible to back up if any other objects or vehicles are close. The car jumps out of control, and chugs, jerks, jumps, whatever the correct word may be. The rpm needle darts between numbers as the car is surging and slowing.
