Had the van for the first day of work and tripped a check engine code as well as a throttle warning light (red lightning bolt between 2 lines), both were flashing on the dash as well as info center displaying "service engine". I stopped work and took to the dealer. They cleared the codes and sent me on my way. Problem was described to me as an EGR issue and probably nothing. This was the 1st time of 3 in the last 2 weeks. The second time it went into limp mode and had to be towed to the nearest dealer. The third was today and added a few new codes to the mix. Including turbo slow to spool. Not sure whats is going on, but this van was purchased for our auto glass business and we put about 6 to 8 k miles a month on a this van. It averages a check engine light every 1000 miles. The dealer is helpful, but honestly say that they need to tear it down to physically check for issues. So I'll be out of a work van for a few days? That's not good when it comes to doing business.
