I own a 2015 RAM 3500 diesel. when the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees the WIN MODULE fails to receive a code from the key fob and the vehicle will not start until I cycle the key fob for at least 15 minutes or longer.
My local dealer pulled the following codes from the computer: (1) P25oo28, (2) C290029, (3) B1A3500, (4) P012855.
My dealer has said that this is not a warranty item and that I have to pay for it. I have reported the problem to Chrysler. Waiting on an answer. There are many comments on this problem in the RAM forums.
I feel this is a safety issue as the truck will not start in cold weather and Chrysler should replace the defect part. AND the part is on back order with no idea how long before it is available
