headlamp and park/turn lamp connectors are the same
Hundreds of electrical connectors to choose from and Dodge chose to use the SAME connectors for the headlamp and park/turn lamp. While removing and reinstalling the headlamp assembly it is easy to cross the connectors and cause lots of problems and headaches not to mention the cost to diagnose the problem. I was under the assumption that the automotive standard was to not have the same connectors in the same vicinity, that is why it never dawned on me that the wires were crossed. If the statement about the standard is true then there should be recall, and most importantly I should be reimbursed for my losses! Forward to Dodge because I don't know how.
