When I turn my car on the brake lights are on. When I put my foot on the brake, the lights turn off. The exact opposite of what the brake light is supposed to do.

My brake lights are on when I my foot is not on the breaks. when I press on the breaks my break lights turn off. The break lights are working opposite of what they should be.

I was on my way home from my mother-in-laws and my husband was following me. He called me on my cell to ask why I was riding my brakes. They didn't go off until I got home and shut the car off. I restarted the car and they were working fine. It does this every once in a while when I'm on my way to work.

This car blows so far. I have had to take it in the shop for so many times. First time the engine was not shifting into third gear. Than the back doors wouldn't lock when i would press lock. Now i have two more problems to get fixed. The remote control is not working for the car and it isn't out of battery because i got a new one and it still doesnt work and now the brake lights don't go off and than when i do press the brakes they go off. i have been pulled over twice. this car is very crappy and will never be purchased again. i see why they are goin out of business... plus the paint chipps off the radio, but than again that must be my fault for changing songs and looking around on the radio to see whats on. my bad
