2016 Wrangler - ABS & Anti Skid lights came on at 15K miles. Warranty fixed the issue. Now, 33K miles, ABS & Anti- Skid lights come one. Both times it is the speed sensors. First the front, now the rear. Dealer replaced the front passenger side under warranty at 15K miles. Scan says the left rear speed sensor is faulty. Replaced both rear speed sensors to be sure myself with OEM part since Jeep/Chrysler wouldn't cover it. Had the codes cleared and they reappeared within 2 minutes. Now, no codes but the ABS & skid dash lights are on and the car pulls to the right.
I spoke to the service rep and parts store clerk. Evidently this is a common issue with Jeep and occurs regularly. Jeep should recall this and fix it since it is happening on a regular basis and is the source of multiple complaints. I'm not satisfied with Jeep's reaction to this issue. Their response, "we'll give you a complimentary oil change" Yeah, as long as I pay the labor and shop fees. Looking at other vehicles.
