Battery was dead. Lived 40 miles from closest dealership in the country. Dealership would not allow us just to bring in battery to get tested but wanted the whole car brought in. Tried calling customer service to see if we could get exempted as we would either have to put a different battery in to drive it to the city or get it towed. Towing would be a nuisance, though it would have been covered under the Hyundai Roadside Assistance program. Brought it in to dealer after putting a different battery in and dealer computer said there was a fault code. Battery replaced, but not after a myriad of other problems having occurred as a result of the incident.
