- This Preliminary information communicates that a tick, creak or rattle noise may be heard while driving the vehicle. This noise may be caused by insufficient or missing spot welds on body panels or contact between body panels at the "B" or "C" pillars. The technician is instructed on how to determine the source of the noise and then repair it by replacing the spot welds or slightly separating the panels depending on the exact condition.
