The screen cracked and we took the truck to the dealership assuming the warranty covered this defect, however, the dealership said ford denied the work because someone at ford thinks we broke it by misuse. We touched it. We own another ford product, an escape with the same screen and have never had a problem with it. We did not misuse the screen and I want to know if anyone else has had this problem. I'm a disabled vet and I'm old, this is probably the last new car or truck we will buy and we needed a truck to pull our 5th wheel but now the nav and sync system are not working. The cost to repair is over 2000.00. I am angry at Ford and whoever decided I purposely abused the screen. I think it is shameful that Ford is denying the warranty work for their defective unit.
