Hello everybody! My name is Hyron and I own a 2010 Ford Explorer which I brought used, the car is in excellent condition and works real well. I work in the energy efficiency field and travel through out the New York State for work and pleasure.

Sometime in January of 2014 I visited Syracuse for an appointment and stayed overnight in order to be on time for my appointment. Unknowing to me the truck refused to start that morning, there was this unearthing silence coming from the ignition switch, the light on the dash board was all lighted up but the engine refused to start, it cost me the cab fare since this appointment I could not have missed. Over the last extremely cold winter it happened on several occasions.

Can someone please help me before the next winter rolls around? I like the truck and hope to keep it for a few more years.
