I got the recall for my 09' 2500 ram truck, for the steering arm and also the tie rod end. While at shop to see about parts needed I was told the ball joints are getting loose. I paid for the ball joints the rest was covered under recall. Now the truck shimmys and shakes and the steering wheel has no tension to it driving straight forward. It tracks fine until I hit a bump or slope to road then it verse to the side and counter steer is needed, that tends to throw vehicle in opposite direction.. It's been in and out of shop every 2/3 weeks as they try to solve the problem. On their dime!! So it's been some 5 to 6 months later and no fix! So they order all new front end parts and replace. I just called shop to see if it was done and they say NO, still having the same problems.... there is nothing like driving down the road like you've had a few to many just waiting to get pulled over!!! Dodge has heard of the problem from others but seem to think its no big deal. I drive in anticipation waiting for something to break.
