I just had this same problem. I religiously change my oil 3MO or 3000. I had owned the 2002 Dakota 5 years with out seeing this. The Quick Lube mechanic said there was is a design flaw in the oil intake cap cover that allows moisture into the engine. All that is needed is an insert that goes under the oil cap to trap air. The later models have this, I am told to ask Dodge dealer for one for 2002 models, if they have it. Dodge wont own up to it from previous complaints.
