CHEV has a primer & final coat problem on 1998 (New Model Year) and for at least 4 years later maybe more. Only white seems to be the problem.... Seen dozen in Colorado and Texas... Dealerships say not their problem! Look around and see all the Utility and other Vans (Express version most notably) that all have the same issue and worse comparing my photos to some where the rust has eaten through and leaking. No recalls by GM and not found too many complaints... though when I talk to some of the owners... totally hacked off! NOT caused by rocks or chipping... BAD PAINT JOB AT FACTORY!!!!
