Vehicle, traveling 45mph in traffic stream on highway, suddenly lost all power, including engine, radio, ac fan, and dashboard lights. After coasting to roadside, still moving, radio, ac fan and dashboard lights suddenly self restored. After stopping, transmission put in park, start button pushed, engine started, everything back to normal.

The electrical system is malfunctioning. The air bag light is on sometime then it will go off. Its like someone is sitting on the passenger seat. The dash seat light comes on and off too. My collision light started acting up and now it doesn't work but tonight the passenger mirror is partially on and will not go out. Buttons on the dash disappears then shows up later. Bluetooth, collision setting buttons, I took my car into the dealership. My bumper to bumper has expired. I was told their is corrosion in the line and it will cost me $1300 to 1600 to fix.

My first complaint has to do with the "low fuel" warning indicator not functioning properly. This doesn't occur often, but I've noticed it happen 3 times in the past 6 months, and I'm unsure of when this issue first began. Typically, the fuel level indicator will be at 1/4 or below, and when driving a long distance, stopping and going, and/or on hilly rural roads, when the needle crosses into the red and eventually hits "0" the "low fuel" indicator has not lit up, no message appeared, and no warning chime, but the dic states "low fuel range". perhaps the sensor is going bad, but why wouldn't the light turn on if the system knows the fuel level is low? I can park somewhere and idle for 30 min and the light still won't turn on. Only after I shut the car off and restart it does the light/warning chime/message appear. Current mileage: 88,600 my second complaint pertains to the airbag: On/off indicator for the front passenger. When the key is turned to on with or without the engine running, the system operates normally, but if I'm charging my phone using a car charger connected to the front aux power outlet, and lay it directly on the right half of the passenger seat, in any position, the airbag light will switch from off to on, but the safety belt light does not turn on or flash, and no chime is heard. When I lift my phone, the indicator returns to normal in a few seconds. I've noticed the phone has to be directly on the seat without anything beneath it in order for this to occur, and it's only on the right side of the seat. I just noticed this a couple weeks ago, but the current mileage of 88,600 still applies. I have not notified a dealer about these issues for fear of having to pay costly repairs I can't afford. However, the airbag issue concerns me the most. I believe there's electronic interference causing it to occur, but it shouldn't be happening regardless.

If I remote start my car it doesn't cut on and for the last few weeks my car hasn't been starting instantly or I have to try numerous times to get it to start, when it does start all the panel lights stay on, the hazard lights come on without me turning them on as well as the windshield wipers. My rearview camera goes black in the middle of me backing out and turns back on once I place the vehicle in drive. While driving the whole screen turns black and the radio works sometimes. Also when I turn on my A/C the engine gets louder and it makes a weird noise until I turn the A/C off, the A/C doesn't get as cold as it use to and my heat gets hotter than it used to sometimes when I ride with the heat the car turns off. All of this started happening on April 18, 2016

The heat/air system is not working correctly. I believe this is a safety hazard because in the winter months, if I were to get caught in my car for some reason, I would have no heat to keep me warm and it can get very cold here in nys. I will have it fixed myself, but it shouldn't be something I should have to deal with. If I got caught in a traffic jam on one of the hot days, I wouldn't be able to use the air conditioning. Sometimes it works and sometimes is doesn't. there has been something wrong since I first purchased it, but I never brought it in. When I put the defogger on, it would blow cold air no matter how high I had the heat. Now, it doesn't even blow most of the time. I have no air and no heat in the vehicle at all most of the time. When it does work it is very loud.

While driving on a Suburban street, engine and electrical system shut down. There was no warning. I was driving about 30 mph, when engine turned itself off, dashboard went dark, turn signal did not work, and steering became more difficult. I drifted to the curb, and after a minute restarted the car with no problem; it has a push-button starter. Dealer can find nothing wrong with car. Dealer says it may be a small animal (a rat or squirrel) living in the car"S engine compartment at night, and chewing on electrical lines. Dealer cannot, however, find any damaged wires. When car was about 2 months old, had a similar incident when radio and ?intellilink" system cut out without warning. When I pushed radio button, radio came back on and operated normally. We bought this car because of the safety features; now I am afraid to drive it on the freeway.

Was traveling at slow speed approaching a stop sign. Car shut off as though key was turned off in the ignition -- key was still in the on position and no one had touched it at time of shutoff. Headlights went off. Could not turn steering wheel. If this had happened at high speed it could have been deadly. Turned key off and removed it from ignition. When key was reinserted and turned to start position, car started correctly. There has been no recurrence. Dealer ran full diagnosis and found no recorded faults. Dealer tested key fob electronic connectivity to ignition and could find no problem.

The contact owns a 2013 Buick Verano (N/a). The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the contact accidentally bumped the engine on/off button located in the left side of the dashboard, close to the radio and gps. As a result, the vehicle turned off. The contact was concerned that it was a safety hazard, and believed that a vehicle should not be turned off by pressing a button, while in motion. The failure and current mileage was 210.
