I bought this truck, a 4 cylinder double cab, because I have no need for a heavy duty truck and I trust Toyota build quality. I love his truck, except I wish it was available in a manual, but this model in crew cab does not offer it. It's still a great truck, but at around 18,000 miles I noticed the brakes squealing. I never towed with it, and never carried anything heavier than maybe 100 pounds in the bed, so I couldn't understand how this could happen. When I took it in for the free 20,000 mile service I told them about it and had them look at it. It turns out the brakes were worn out and the rotors warped. The service advisor was awesome and he said it was covered under warranty and replaced the brake pads and put new rotors in. I must say, customer satisfaction is everything and Toyota will always get my business when they treat customers right. I was so impressed with this truck that I bought my wife a brand new 2015 RAV4 and she loves that car too! Vehicles are obviously man made machines and problems will arise, but knowing that the manufacturer stands behind their product means I will always be a customer!
