Just bought my first Mazda 3 weeks ago after lots of online research and driving some minivans for comparison. I was impressed that there had been no complaints about it whatsoever. It's a 2007 Mazda5 minivan- I like it a lot, but within a week of getting it home, we noticed the trim piece that runs all along the bottom right side was coming off. Just had it in to the dealer today who quoted me $465 to get an entire new trim piece put on. They said the bolts that hold it on are breaking off. I am worried this will happen again, as the trim pieces on the right and left sides sit very low to the ground. Anyone else having problems? We drive only on paved roads, it's not like I am taking it mountain climbing!
