CarComplaints.com Notes: Yes, the Honda Civic receives a lot of complaints because so many were sold. And sure, car parts only last so long and things eventually break. But it's never good to see this many transmission complaints, especially when the average mileage at failure is just north of 100,000 miles.
Especially when you consider that it's predecessor also has a nasty history with transmission complaints.

I bought this car 7 weeks ago, don't know what to do, don't even have the money to fix this problem which is the transmission, i'm getting the run around from the dealer who said that he was getting quotes so that he can get the problem fixed, and still I hear nothing, I have called and have stopped by the dealer's lot to speak with him, now I cannot even drive this car because it struggles to get above 30mph. what legally can I do without breaking the law. as of right now i'm out over $4000 and the quotes I've received so far are almost as much as what I've paid for the car.
Help what should I do??
